He has also negotiated and steered several complex and high-profile company trade sales including successful exits from: Heartsine® Technologies; GxP Systems and Firecomms”.

Lifelines Neurodiagnostic Systems, Inc., based in St Louis Missouri, has been appointed master distributor in the USA and will be using their extensive network to expand sales of the Incereb neon™ device throughout the USA. Lifelines are launching their own proprietary EEG machine, the iEEG, later in 2016. Distributing the Incereb neon™ range of devices, which simplifies the process of attaching EEG electrodes to neonates, will assist Lifelines in selling capital equipment into the 1,500 NICU’s across the USA as the application of traditional neonatal EEG electrodes, a complex and time-consuming process, had always been an obstacle to equipment sales.
